color: #5f574e; line-height: 130%;\">Ambos tests se rigen bajo la normativa Reg. UNECE-ECE22.05 y representan una comparaci\u00f3n exacta donde cada condici\u00f3n y norma para los cascos es exactamente igual, excepto la calota. Uno es <strong>M-Forge\u00ae<\/strong> Composite (Naranja) y el otro es un FIBREGLASS convencional (AZUL).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: montserrat; color: #5f574e; line-height: 130%;\">Las condiciones del test de impacto son: horma de la cabeza 62cm, posici\u00f3n de impacto lo m\u00e1s alta posible (Punto P seg\u00fan normativa ECE 22.05), contra un yunque de forma plana (imitando un suelo llano) y casco previamente condicionado a -20\u00baC. Estas condiciones son las m\u00e1s desafiantes para la absorci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda y, a menudo, cascos convencionales se esfuerzan por alcanzar los criterios l\u00edmite de CLE (Criterio de Lesi\u00f3n Encef\u00e1lica).<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: montserrat; color: #5f574e; line-height: 130%;\">CLEes un par\u00e1metro mec\u00e1nico establecido que se basa en la altura y amplitud del pulso de aceleraci\u00f3n, que correlaciona con la probabilidad de sufrir un traumatismo craneal y con su intensidad, normalizado a trav\u00e9s del sistema AIS (Abbreviated Injury Scale) o Escala Abreviada de Lesiones). Cuanto m\u00e1s alto sea el CLE, m\u00e1s probabilidades existen de sufrir lesiones graves o mortales. En el caso de la norma de homologaci\u00f3n actual para Europa, ECE 22.05, tanto la m\u00e1xima aceleraci\u00f3n como el CLE son los par\u00e1metros usados para evaluar el rendimiento de un casco bajo impacto, con valores de max &lt;275 y CLE&lt;2400.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: montserrat; color: #5f574e; line-height: 130%;\">Los resultados reflejan un mejor rendimiento del casco usando un <strong>M-Forge\u00ae<\/strong> Composite que se traduce en una reducida severidad de los traumatismos sufridos por un ciclista en un accidente con las mismas condiciones y variables.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: montserrat; color: #5f574e; line-height: 130%;\">La explicaci\u00f3n se encuentra en la naturaleza intr\u00ednseca del material de M-FORGE\u00ae Composite: <strong>M-Forge\u00ae<\/strong> Composite usa una matriz termopl\u00e1stica en vez de las termoestables que se emplean normalmente, por ello, se comporta con una mayor ductilidad y tenacidad.
